3. What to wear
⁻On the day, we will provide you with a dry suit or a wetsuit, depending on the weather and temperature. We will decide which equipment you will use on the day, so please prepare both.

-Dry suit
Dry suits are highly waterproof jumpsuits that are waterproof but not insulating. Wearing clothes under a dry suit will provide a warm effect. Please prepare long-sleeved clothing such as a jersey to wear underneath. Even in August, there are days when the water temperature and air temperature are not high, so it is convenient to prepare several layers so that you can wear as many layers as possible. Dry suits are not completely waterproof. You may get wet. Please prepare clothes that you don't mind getting wet.

-Wet suit
Water will get into wetsuits, so please prepare a swimsuit or underwear that you don't mind getting wet. Please do not wear T-shirts as they will reduce the warmth. We recommend that you have a long-sleeved rash guard. We can also provide you with a paddling jacket to wear over your wetsuit to protect against insects and prevent sunburn.

-You are not allowed to bring any baggage on the tour, including towels, cameras, and cigarettes. Also, we will provide glasses bands to customers who wear glasses, but please note that we cannot guarantee against loss or damage of glasses or contact lenses during the tour.
