What you will do
This tour is a half-day tour of the Tokachi River in Hokkaido for families with children. We take care of children's safety, such as support from experienced local guides, the use of stable rafting boats, and not letting small children operate paddles.

Things to know
1. Guest requirements
-4 yrs+. Children aged 4 to 5 may not be able to participate due to the regulated water volume of the river. Children up to 15 years old must be accompanied by a guardian.
-Those who are under the influence of alcohol or who are pregnant cannot participate in the tour.
-Smoking is not permitted during the tour. In addition, if the equipment is damaged by smoking, the repair fee will be borne by the customer.
-Please note that we cannot compensate for the loss or damage to your camera, smartphone, glasses, gloves, etc.
-This tour is an outdoor sport that you can enjoy in the great outdoors. We ask for your cooperation, such as listening to the guide's explanation and following the necessary instructions.
-If you are late for the tour start time, please be sure to contact us once. Please note that there is a possibility that you will not be able to participate in the tour and a cancellation fee will be charged.-If you wish to use pick-up and drop-off service from & to JR Shintoku Station, please be sure to indicate this when your booking. Please note that the pick-up time is 30 minutes before the tour starts regardless of the JR train operating time.
-BBQ lunch includes BBQ ingredients & charcoal, grill stove, and tent rental fee.

-There is basically no problem for those who wear glasses. We have spectacle bands to prevent loss. There is basically no problem with contact lenses, but hard lenses are not suitable for exercise and may fall off. If you are concerned, please bring your glasses. Please note that loss of glasses or contacts cannot be compensated.
