What you will do

This tour offers a leisurely rafting trip down the Toyohira River in winter, allowing you to enjoy the magical beauty of Jozankei.

You'll descend the Toyohira River in winter, enveloped in an unbelievable tranquility compared to Sapporo. Unlike spring, when the water volume increases with snowmelt, or summer, when the water is a clear green, winter rafting offers a calm, relaxing, and peaceful experience.

In a world bathed in silvery-white light, you'll spot deer and other wild animals, and depending on the season, even icefalls. A fantastical landscape unfolds before you, like something out of a picture book.

The beauty and power of Jozankei, surrounded by snow, combine to create a luxurious and moving experience that is sure to impress you.

Round-trip transportation from central Sapporo is available as an optional extra, making this tour easily accessible from Sapporo.
