Kayak tour in Lake Toya / Toya

What you will do
This is a guided half-day tour to enjoy Lake Toya in Hokkaido and the lakeside nature on a kayak. You can enjoy the scenery unique to Lake Toya, such as the blue and transparent lake bottom and islands on this tour. 

Lake Toya is a caldera lake that was formed by a volcanic eruption tens of thousands of years ago. Kayaking out onto the surface of the lake will give you the feeling of being surrounded by nature. The view is also wonderful, so if the weather is good, you can expect to tour while looking at mountains such as Mt. Yotei and Mt. Usu.

Price	8000 yen/person * The minimum number of people  required for a reservation is 8.  Please note that we cannot accept  reservations for less than 8 people.

  -Children 4-12 yrs must be accompanied by a guardian
-No wheelchair accessible
-No recommended for pregnant travelers
-No heart problems or other serious medical conditions
-Temperature checks for travelers upon arrival required
-Please note that you cannot participate in cotton material or jeans. If you don't have any clothes, or if you are traveling, the paid rental outfit (JPY1,000) is convenient.
-We may cancel the tour due to the bad weather condition before the tour starts. We will let you know about the cancelation as soon as possible and don’t worry we promise you a full refund.
-This tour requires good weather. We may change the course or cancel the tour due to poor weather after the departure. In this case, we won’t refund you.

‐On the day of the tour: 100%
-You can cancel up to 7 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the experience’s start time.
‐If you cancel less than 7 days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
‐Any changes made less than 7 days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
‐Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
‐This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
‐This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
