Things to know
1. Guest requirements
-7 yrs+. Those who are taller than 130 cm and can walk on the snow by themselves.-Those who are under the influence of alcohol or who are pregnant cannot participate in the tour.
-Smoking is not permitted during the tour. In addition, if the equipment is damaged by smoking, the repair fee will be borne by the customer.
-Children under 15 must be accompanied by a guardian.
-For safety reasons, you are not allowed to bring any baggage on the tour. Cameras, towels, cigarettes, etc. should be left in lockers or at the front desk of the ski resort.
-Please note that we cannot compensate for the loss or damage to your camera, smartphone, glasses, gloves, etc.
-This tour is an outdoor sport that you can enjoy in the great outdoors. We ask for your cooperation, such as listening to the guide's explanation and following the necessary instructions.
-If you are late for the tour start time, please be sure to contact us once. Please note that there is a possibility that you will not be able to participate in the tour and a cancellation fee will be charged.-If you wish to use pick-up and drop-off service from & to JR Shintoku Station, please be sure to indicate this when your booking. Please note that the pick-up time is 30 minutes before the tour starts regardless of the JR train operating time.
