July 17 (DAY1)
After having breakfast at the hotel, the bus will come to your hotel to welcome you at 8:00 am to start the journey.
Departing from Sapporo to Biei in Hokkaido, the journey is relatively long, so we will take a short break at the famous road station and eat ice cream on the way.
First, go to the famous scenic spot Blue Pond, and then go to the Michelin one-star restaurant in Biei to taste French cuisine while enjoying the natural scenery of Biei.
After lunch, we will arrive at the Furano Lavender Field according to the season. Walking with the scent of lavender is particularly refreshing and taste Furano melons for another 30 minutes.
And then we visit Shikisai-no-oka Garden went to the flower field to check in, and had dinner in Furano Izakaya, enjoying local dishes. After the meal, the special program is to appreciate lavender at night. It is very fun to enjoy the flowers under the starlight. After a tiring day, return to Furano Prince Hotel, enjoy the hot spring bath, and go to bed.
We enjoy a rich breakfast at the hotel in Furano and depart for Wakkanai, the northernmost place in Japan.
First of all, we go straight to Sarufutsu Village and enjoyed a lunch of fresh scallops here. After that, we will go to "the northernmost place in Japan" and check in with a series of representative attractions of "Northernmost", including the northernmost At the end of the "Songzhi Cape" and the northernmost vending machine and etc. Near dusk, go to Noshappu Cape to enjoy the salted egg yolk sunset on the coast of Japan, and overlook the island appearance of tomorrow morning's destination "Rishiri Island". On the way, we can taste Wakkanai ice cream and listen to the sad black history of Wakkanai and Kata Island.
In the evening, we will go to the famous local izakaya and eat super delicious Japanese side dishes. Steamed food, and skewered food, all food there are available. After drinking and getting drunk, go back to Surfeel, the only high-end high-rise large hotel in Wakkanai.
After lunch at the hotel in Wakkanai, take a boat to Rishiri Island, the northernmost island where the most valuable sea urchin and kelp are produced. June to August is the season for sea urchin fishing on Rishiri Island.
Once on the island, let’s catch sea urchins first, and taste the fresh whole sea urchins that we caught ashore. we will go to a popular ramen shop on the island to try the Rishiri kombu soy sauce ramen recommended by Michelin. you can not miss it.
And please enjoy the sea urchin set meal with Rishiri sea urchin and Iwanori seaweed, a specialty of the island, caught live by the owner fisherman for this tour.
Shaking after a big meal, go to the mysterious man-made marsh Himemuma on the island for a walk. It is very easy to hike on the wooden path, and you can also buy local souvenirs at the souvenir shop at the entrance.
After watching the sunset at the observatory, stay at the luxury hotel Island Inn Rishiri on the island that night, enjoy a very rich seafood buffet dinner and the earth bottle sea urchin specially reserved for us. If the weather is fine that night, we will take you to the secret spot to enjoy the Milky Way's starry sky.
in the evening, we return to Rishiri Island by boat and go to the izakaya on the island to enjoy the delicious seafood food. Two nights in the same hotel, we do not need to pack your luggage.
After breakfast, we depart from the island early in the morning, return to Wakkanai by boat, go to Wakkanai Airport, take the domestic flight back to New Chitose Airport, and end this journey.
