What you will do
This tour is a guided tour where you can enjoy the nature of Lake Shikaribetsu by canoeing. Experienced local guides will fully support you, so anyone can enjoy the nature of Lake Shikaribetsu with peace of mind.
It is the highest natural lake in Hokkaido with a transparency of 19m. Enjoy the jade-colored nature of Lake Shikaribetsu while relaxing on a canoe. You can observe the animals and the nature of the lakeside from the viewpoint of the lake.

Things to know
1. Guest requirements 
  -3 yrs+. Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
-Those who are under the influence of alcohol or who are pregnant cannot participate in the lesson.
-Strictly observe the check-in time 20 mins before the tour. If you are late, we will treat it as a cancellation on the day without any refund.
-For safety reasons, you must wear a life jacket (*Available at the Nature Center).

-You can cancel up to 7 days in advance of the experience for a full refund.
For a full refund, you must cancel at least 7 days before the experience’s start time.
‐If you cancel less than 7 days before the experience’s start time, the amount you paid will not be refunded.
‐Any changes made less than 7 days before the experience’s start time will not be accepted.
‐Cut-off times are based on the experience’s local time.
‐This tour requires good weather. If it’s canceled due to poor weather, you’ll be offered a different date or a full refund.
‐This tour requires a minimum number of travelers. If it’s canceled because the minimum isn’t met, you’ll be offered a different date/experience or a full refund.
-Please note that high waves tend to appear in September and the possibility of cancellation increases.
