Whether you are ripping up the piste, heading into the trees & backcountry, throwing down in the park, or learning for the first time, our rental fleet of Premium Niseko designed Ski and Snowboard equipment by Tenko have you sorted Tenko Skis & Snowboards has been designed in Niseko specifically to help you enjoy the unique powder snow conditions found in Japan’s northern prefecture of Hokkaido.
[Appointment-Based In-House Fitting Service]
Our rental service makes the rental experience more relaxing with an appointment-based, in-house fitting service for all guests. All guests may visit our physical location at AYA Niseko 1F during operating hours to make an inquiry or reservation, however, the fitting service will be provided at the guest’s accommodation only. Reservations for Rental Fittings will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and will be offered based on availability.
Premium In-House Fitting Service includes complimentary delivery of pre-booked rental equipment, personalized fitting service, and collection at the end of the rental period. All guests will save a significant amount of time and hassle versus visiting a crowded rental store on the first day of their holiday and again prior to their departure.
[Slopeside Support]
Feel like changing skis/boards to match the changing snow conditions? No problem, slopeside support is offered from AYA Niseko 1F at the base of Niseko Grand Hirafu’s Family Course, or give us a call to arrange the change delivered to your door. Equipment changes or adjustments can be made quickly and easily without disrupting your time on the slopes.

1. Guest requirements
-6 yrs+, and only Those who are tall enough to reach the handle with the controller.-Please let us know your height, weight, foot size, and skill level when booking.
-Please come to the rental counter 30 minutes before the reservation time. We need time to check the size and adjust before handing over the rental equipment.

4. Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will incur no charge.
2. Cancellations made between 14 days prior and 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 50% charge.
3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 100% charge.
4. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGING THE BOOKING DETAILS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CANCELLING THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. RE-BOOKING OF THE NEW DATES / TIMES / SERVICES WILL BE REQUIRED.
5. Cancellations based on mountain closures, injury or illness, flight cancellations or delays, and extreme weather will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
