1. Guest requirements
-6 yrs+, and only Those who are tall enough to reach the handle with the controller.-Those who are under the influence of alcohol or who are pregnant cannot participate in the lesson.
-Strictly observe the check-in time 15 mins before the lesson. If you are late, we will treat it as a cancellation on the day.

4. Cancellation policy
1. Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the start date will incur no charge.
2. Cancellations made between 14 days prior and 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 50% charge.
3. Cancellations made less than 72 hours prior to the start date will incur a 100% charge.
4. PLEASE NOTE THAT CHANGING THE BOOKING DETAILS WILL BE CONSIDERED AS CANCELLING THE ORIGINAL BOOKING. RE-BOOKING OF THE NEW DATES / TIMES / SERVICES WILL BE REQUIRED.
5. Cancellations based on mountain closures, injury or illness, flight cancellations or delays, and extreme weather will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
