【Tour Flow】
1 Check-in
Please arrive at the meeting point at least 20 minutes before the tour start time.
Please complete the reception procedure.
2 Operation instructions
You will put on the equipment (helmet, goggles, head cap), and the staff will explain how to operate the ATV buggy.
3 Start the experience
Experience time (30 minutes)
4 Dissolution
After the experience ends, the group will be disbanded.
For those using the shuttle service, we will pick you up at New Chitose Airport or Sapporo Station.

-Weight Requirement:
90cc: 79kg or less
150cc: 108kg or less
-Minors under the age of 20 cannot participate in the tour alone.
- Cancellation due to customer convenience will be subject to a cancellation fee. Please confirm the cancellation policy.

If the tour is determined to be canceled due to circumstances, the organizing company will contact you the day before.
-The experience is not possible if there is a lot of snow. (Because the ATV buggies are occupied.) Even if you have a reservation, we may decline your reservation based on the amount of snowfall.
If we determine that the tour cannot be held due to snowfall, we will contact the customer. If we are unable to reach you by phone, we will contact you again on the same day. Please note that we cannot compensate for expenses such as transportation costs to the venue in the event of cancellation.
