What you will do
The snowfields of the Okhotsk area are a vast world of pure white that resembles Northern Europe. Lake Abashiri freezes over in the winter season, so you can walk on the snow that has fallen on top of the ice.
In this area rich in nature, you can also see white-tailed eagles, Steller's sea eagles, red foxes, and Hokkaido squirrels with a high probability.
